👷🏼📍What is Engineering and Design?
- After conducting the Site Survey, we will proceed with the formal engineering of the project and develop a detailed design.
- This design shows the technical specifications of the system, detailing precisely how we will establish the connection between the solar system and the customer's home in terms of structure and electrical levels.
- Designs will be completed within 3-4 days of the survey being completed. However, if unexpected events occur, such as project adjustments, this process may take up to 15 days.
- The engineering and design phase is where we can determine if the project will require any electrical upgrades, such as a Main panel upgrade or other electrical work.
💡Recommendation: At the end of this process, we will have the project plans. This document is essential for submitting the permit application to the County, and it is also necessary for submitting HOA applications.
FDA INFORMATION:
Only Solar: For shingle roof, the FDA must be signed by Sales rep only.
If the roof is made of any other material, the FDA must be signed by both the dealer and the customer.
Solar+Storage Project must be signed by sales rep + customer
